FP325 Felted Doodle Dog w/Western Hat (12x10) | Suri Alpaca Fiber Art

This portrait of a sleepy doodle dog features natural Suri Alpaca fiber! The original artwork includes fiber from my own farm-raised Suri Alpaca herd. The piece highlights the unique locks that are a trademark of Suri alpaca fleece.

I created this dog portrait by needle felting fawn alpaca fiber with grey and black accents for the dog, and white alpaca fiber with dyed blue accents for the hat. The finished product is mounted on a black felt fabric background inside a decorative blue and gold frame (there is no glass).

The frame measures 12 x 10" and includes a wire for hanging as well as a stand for displaying on a shelf.
