This piece was created as a Silent Auction donation for the North American Bison Summit (Colorado April 2025)! This original artwork features fiber from my own farm-raised Suri Alpaca herd. The piece highlights the unique locks that are a trademark of Suri alpaca fleece.
I needle-felted this bison portrait with fawn, brown, and black fiber with beige and grey accents. The bison is mounted on a black felt fabric background inside a black frame (there is no glass).
The frame measures 13 x 16" and includes a wire for hanging.
