FP186 Felted Horse w/Beads (10x13) | Suri Alpaca Fiber Art

This felted horse portrait features natural Suri Alpaca fiber! The original artwork includes fiber from my own farm-raised Suri Alpaca herd. The artwork highlights the unique locks that are a trademark of Suri alpaca fleece.

I created this horse by needle felting brown and fawn fiber with grey, black, and white accents. The piece includes alpaca yarn and decorative beads for a brilliant mane. The finished product is mounted on a black felt fabric background inside a brown and black decorative frame (there is no glass).

The frame measures 10.5 x 13" and includes a wire for hanging.
