This portrait of a cute puppy dog features natural Suri Alpaca fiber! The original artwork includes fiber from my own farm-raised Suri Alpaca herd. The piece highlights the unique locks that are a trademark of Suri alpaca fleece.
I created this dog portrait by needle felting lustrous white alpaca fiber. The finished product is mounted on a dark grey felt fabric background inside a decorative wood slat frame (there is no glass).
The frame measures 11.5 x 13.5" and includes a stand for displaying on a shelf along with a wire for hanging.
